The main challenge that the Provincial Observatory of Equality in Labour Relations, OPI Albacete, has set for itself with this European Congress of Equality is, after almost three years of activity since the creation of this pioneering Observatory in Spain, to bring to our province the vision of the European institutions and the European social agents in terms of equality in the work environment, recognise good applicable practices and their effect in the workers´ quality of life and the competitiveness of the companies, always aligned with the international treaties ratified within the European Commission. The peace and the social dialogue in our province, Albacete, make us leaders in this type of initiative.
